Free invoice generator
Fill in your company details, your customer and your line items, and download a clean, professional invoice as a PDF. It is free, needs no signup, and handles Singapore specifics: your UEN, 9% GST shown as its own line, S$ amounts and DD/MM/YYYY dates. Everything is built in your browser, so no invoice data ever reaches us.
"Download PDF" opens your browser's print dialog — choose "Save as PDF". Nothing is uploaded; the document is built in your browser.
| Description | Qty | Unit price | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Item 1 | 1 | S$0.00 |
| Subtotal | S$0.00 |

What a Singapore tax invoice must show
If your business is GST-registered, IRAS requires a tax invoice to carry specific details: the words "tax invoice", your business name and GST registration number, an identifying invoice number, the date of issue, your customer's name and address, a description of the goods or services, the amount excluding GST, the GST amount shown separately, and the total payable including GST.
This generator lays those out for you. Turn on "GST registered" and the GST line appears separately at the prevailing 9% rate rather than being buried inside the total, which is the part most hand-made invoices get wrong.
If you are not GST-registered you must not charge GST at all. Leave the toggle off and the invoice prints a clean total with no tax line.
Invoice numbering that will not embarrass you later
Every invoice needs its own identifying number, and the sequence should be unbroken. A gap in the sequence is the first thing an auditor asks about, and "we deleted a draft" is not a comfortable answer.
Use a stable prefix and a running number, such as INV-0001. Once you are issuing more than a handful a month, a spreadsheet stops protecting the sequence for you, which is usually the moment a business moves onto a proper system.
When a free generator stops being enough
A generator is perfect for the first few dozen invoices. It stops being enough when you need to know what is unpaid, chase overdue accounts, match payments to invoices, or file GST without rebuilding the numbers by hand each quarter.
That is the point where Digital 9 Labs builds a custom system around how you already work, rather than making you work around someone else's software.
Questions
Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no signup, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices you create. It runs entirely in your browser, and Digital 9 Labs never sees your invoice data.
Does it handle Singapore GST?
Yes. Switch on "GST registered" and GST is calculated at the prevailing 9% rate and shown as a separate line, which is what IRAS requires on a tax invoice. You can change the rate if you need to reissue an older invoice at 8% or 7%.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Click "Download PDF". Your browser opens its print dialog — choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. The invoice prints on A4 with no browser headers or footers.
Is my invoice data uploaded anywhere?
No. The document is assembled in your browser and never sent to a server. Your company details are saved in your own browser so you do not have to retype them, and you can clear them at any time.
Can I put my logo on the invoice?
Yes. Upload your logo and it appears at the top of the document. The logo stays on your device.
When documents stop being the problem and tracking starts, Digital 9 Labs builds a custom system around how your Singapore business already works — quotes, jobs, delivery and invoicing in one place, with the numbers entered once.
