A short note about what you have built or written and why it mattered. No cover-letter theatre.
A conversation, not an interrogation
45 minutes on your work and ours. You will speak to someone who does the job you are applying for.
A paid practical
A small, real piece of work, paid at a fair rate. We do not ask anyone to work for free.
A decision, quickly
We come back within a week either way, with a reason. Being left hanging is the worst part of job hunting and we will not do it.
