Why a delivery order carries no prices
A delivery order proves what physically arrived, not what it cost. Leaving prices off is deliberate: the DO is often signed by a storeman or site supervisor who has no business seeing your commercial terms, and a copy frequently stays with the customer.
This generator therefore prints units and quantities only. The pricing lives on the invoice, where it belongs.
The signature is the whole point
The value of a DO is the signature at the bottom. A signed delivery order is your evidence that the goods left your hands and arrived in acceptable condition, which is what settles a dispute weeks later when a customer claims a shortage.
The remarks block carries a standard shortage-and-damage clause. Keep the signed copy: without it, a delivery dispute becomes your word against theirs.
