Before you start
Does any of my data leave the building?
No. The machine sits on your premises, on your own power and your own network. It can run with no outside connection at all, so nothing is sent to anyone else’s servers.
Do I own the AI?
Yes. It runs open-weight AI models: your own copy, on your own machine. Switch it off and it is still yours, with your records still on it.
Do I have to replace the systems I already use?
No. It connects to what you already run and can read your existing systems, folders and spreadsheets. Where a business needs one, we add our ERP so jobs, customers, stock and invoicing sit in one place.
Who keeps it running?
Our team. The care plan covers monitoring, updates, newer models when they are ready, a named engineer, and training so your staff actually use it.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the machine and how much of the system you need. The machine is the cheap part. We scope the system, the AI setup, staff training and the care plan with you, then quote. We suggest starting with a small pilot.
