Project Executive
Keep client builds moving: the person who makes sure nothing waits, nothing is forgotten and everyone knows where things stand.
About the role
Most software projects do not fail on code. They fail because a decision waited three weeks, a client question went unanswered, or nobody noticed a module was built but never used. This role exists to stop that. You are the connective tissue between the client and the build team, and you will be trusted with real client relationships early.
The mission
Make every project feel well run from the client side, and make sure adoption actually happens after go-live.
What you will own
- Run the rhythm: weekly build reviews, client updates, and the follow-ups that keep decisions moving.
- Keep scope honest. Log change requests, get them sized and agreed rather than absorbed quietly.
- Prepare and sit in on workflow reviews, capture what is observed and turn it into a clear brief.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with the people who will actually use the system.
- Own the go-live checklist: accounts, access, training sessions, the parallel run.
- Chase adoption after launch. Watch usage, spot the screen nobody opens, and raise it in week one.
- Keep the project record current so anyone can pick it up.
What we are looking for
- One or more years coordinating projects, accounts or operations. The instinct matters more than the years.
- Genuinely organised: you close loops without being asked twice.
- Clear, calm written communication. Most of this job is written.
- Comfortable holding a client to a deadline politely.
- Curious about how businesses actually work.
Nice to have, not required
- Exposure to software delivery, agencies or client services.
- Familiarity with project tools and basic data literacy.
- A second language used in Singapore business.
What good looks like in your first 90 days
- Week 2: you are running the weekly rhythm on one live project.
- Week 6: clients come to you first, and nothing is sitting unanswered.
- Week 12: you have taken a project through go-live with adoption measured, not assumed.
