The work

What this work usually involves

Retail on this page splits into two problems that look alike and are not.

The first is corporate gifting. The buyer is a company, the order is bulk, the products are branded with a logo, and there is a deadline attached to an event that will not move. That buyer needs to see minimum quantities, branding options and lead times before they will enquire, because their real question is whether you can deliver in time at all.

The second is considered personal purchase. A luxury watch or a bespoke leather piece is bought slowly. The customer is deciding whether to trust the seller, and authentication, provenance and aftercare matter more than the checkout button. Rushing that buyer with urgency banners actively loses the sale.

Made-to-order breaks both. A monogrammed piece fitted to a specific car model does not exist as stock, so a conventional inventory count is meaningless and the product page has to become a configurator.

Get the buying model right and the store works. Get it wrong and every order finishes on WhatsApp anyway.

What we build

Common questions

Can the store handle made-to-order or personalised products?

Yes. The product page becomes a configurator that captures the options, and the order carries those choices through to production. Stock counting is replaced by lead time, because the item does not exist until it is ordered.

Can corporate buyers get different pricing from retail customers?

Yes. Account-level pricing means a logged-in trade buyer sees their rates and quantity breaks while a retail visitor sees list price.

How do you build trust for a high-value purchase?

By answering the questions a cautious buyer actually has: how the item is authenticated, where it came from, what happens if something is wrong, and who they are dealing with. On considered purchases that content converts better than any discount.

Do you handle corporate gifting catalogues with logo branding?

Yes. Branding method, artwork requirements, minimum quantities and lead time are part of the product data, so the buyer can qualify themselves before they enquire.
