JELUXE - Luxury Watch E-commerce Platform

JELUXE (shopjeluxe.com) is a luxury watch retailer that sells authentic, brand-new timepieces - led by Tudor, alongside Rolex and other premium watch brands - at prices below traditional retail. The business began life as an Instagram storefront (@jelux.e), building a following of collectors before moving to a dedicated online store of its own.
Selling high-value watches online is a trust business first and a retail business second. A buyer spending thousands of dollars on a watch they cannot hold in their hands needs to be convinced of three things before they will check out: that the watch is genuine, that it is presented honestly and in detail, and that their money and their order are safe. The product has to be shown clearly - reference, condition, what is included - so the customer knows exactly what they are buying. The brand has to feel credible enough to overcome the natural hesitation of a large remote purchase. And the checkout has to be secure and straightforward, supporting customers buying from different countries. Doing this from an Instagram page alone is limiting; a serious watch business needs its own storefront where it controls the experience, the product presentation, and the payment flow.
How we helped
We built JELUXE its own dedicated online store at shopjeluxe.com, moving the business off social media and onto a storefront it owns and controls. The site presents the watch inventory - Tudor, Rolex and other luxury brands - in a clean catalogue format with secure checkout, and supports customers ordering internationally, including the US and EU. It is deployed on modern, fast web hosting (Vercel) so the store loads quickly and stays reliable, and gives the business a professional, branded home that reinforces the authenticity message that matters so much in luxury watch sales.
What other businesses can take from this:
- If you are selling high-value items online, trust is the product. Make authenticity and honest presentation the centre of the experience, not an afterthought.
- Outgrowing Instagram or a marketplace is a good problem - but owning your own storefront gives you control over branding, product presentation, and the checkout that a social page never will.
- For big-ticket purchases, the checkout has to feel safe and effortless. Friction or any hint of insecurity at payment is where high-value carts get abandoned.
- Sell across borders by design. Supporting international customers (shipping, currency, expectations) widens your market well beyond your home country.
- Speed and reliability are part of the brand. A fast, dependable store signals that the business behind it is professional - which is exactly the reassurance a cautious luxury buyer is looking for.
