Vibetation Online Store

Vibetation is a Singapore intimate wellness brand that sells its own range online.

Shoppers in this category want discretion, clear information and confidence that their payment and details are safe. The owner needed a store that answers questions about care, shipping and returns before they are asked, takes payment securely, and is simple to run day to day.

We built Vibetation's online store from scratch: the storefront, customer accounts, cart and checkout, and an admin the owner uses to run products and orders.

A checkout that cannot be tampered with. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout with prices set on the server, and an order is only marked paid once Stripe confirms it, so nobody can change a price in the browser or fake an order.

An admin for daily running. The owner adds and edits products with image upload, works through orders, and manages customers, staff and store settings in one place.

Answers before they are asked. Dedicated pages cover care and cleaning, product FAQs, shipping and delivery, and returns and warranty, so a shopper can check the details quietly before buying.

Customer accounts. Shoppers can sign up, keep their cart across visits and see their past orders.

A brand story and journal. Our Story and Journal pages give the brand a voice beyond the product grid.
