The Real Matters

The Real Matters (TRM) is a Singapore real estate team operating under PropNex, the country's largest listed property agency. They guide home buyers, sellers and investors across the full property journey - HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes - and present themselves as an advisory practice that leans on market data, AI-assisted analysis and modern marketing rather than gut feel. The team is also building its own brand: it runs a steady stream of property content on Instagram, has been featured by outlets such as EdgeProp and Yahoo News, and actively recruits new agents through a "Join Us" track.

The challenge for a team like TRM is that, in Singapore, almost every property agent looks the same online. Most rely on a generic agency micro-site or a link-in-bio page, so a prospect deciding who to trust with the biggest transaction of their life has little to go on. TRM's whole pitch - data-driven, advisory-first, recognised by results - had no home on the web that actually looked or behaved that way. Buyers had nowhere to self-serve the basic questions ("how much stamp duty will I pay?", "what can I borrow?"), market insights lived only inside social feeds that disappear down the timeline, and prospective recruits had no proper landing point. The brand needed a website that matched the level of the advisory it was selling.

How we helped

We designed and built The Real Matters' website as the public face of their advisory brand. The homepage opens with a cinematic Singapore-skyline hero and a clear "Your Move. Our Mission." message, then walks a visitor through who the team is, how they work (their data, AI and marketing pillars), and the core services they offer - asset progression for families upgrading their home, data-backed negotiation, undervalued-property analysis, and listing marketing. We wired in the trust signals that matter in this market: PropNex affiliation, an "As Seen On" media strip, and the team's own social content pulled in so the site stays alive between updates. Beyond the brochure pages, we gave buyers practical self-service tools - a mortgage calculator and a stamp duty calculator - plus an Insights section for market commentary and a dedicated recruitment page for agents who want to join. Every path on the site funnels toward one action: booking a consultation.

What other businesses can take from this:

  • If your differentiator is "we're more data-driven / more professional than the rest," your website has to prove it on sight - a generic agency template quietly undercuts the exact claim you're making.
  • Give prospects a reason to interact before they ever contact you. Free tools like a mortgage or stamp-duty calculator answer a real question and earn the right to ask for a consultation in return.
  • Don't let your best content die in the social feed. Pulling your Instagram and press features onto your own site turns scattered posts into lasting proof and keeps the page feeling current.
  • Design every page toward a single next step. When buyers, sellers and even potential recruits each have a clear path that ends in "book a consultation," the site does the qualifying for you.
  • One brand can serve more than one audience. Separating clear tracks for clients and for recruitment lets a growing team market itself and hire from the same place without confusing either group.
