TASA Trust

TASA Trust is a Singapore corporate-services provider that offers virtual office services to small businesses, founders, and overseas companies setting up in Singapore. A virtual office gives a company a professional registered business address it can use with ACRA without renting physical office space, along with mail handling, call support, and access to meeting rooms when needed. TASA Trust packages this into three subscription tiers - Basic (business address), Essential (address plus meeting-room hours), and Professional (everything plus a free website build) - and the platform we built is the system members and staff use to run the whole service.
A virtual office business has a lot of moving parts behind a simple-sounding product. New customers need to sign up, choose a plan, complete onboarding, and pay on a recurring basis. Once they are members, mail arrives and has to be scanned and forwarded, meeting rooms have to be booked without double-bookings, plan add-ons get requested, and Professional members are owed a website build that someone has to track through to delivery. On the operator side, staff need to see who the members are, which plans they are on, what orders and payments have come in, and where each website build stands. When this runs on spreadsheets, email, and manual invoicing, signups stall, bookings clash, mail and website requests slip, and billing becomes a monthly chore that is easy to get wrong. The platform exists to turn all of that into a single self-service system for members and a single back-office for the team.
How we helped
Digital 9 Labs built TASA Trust a complete virtual office platform with three connected layers. The public marketing site presents the service, pricing tiers, services, blog, and FAQ, and is search-optimized so prospects can find it. Behind a login, a member portal lets customers sign up, go through onboarding and add-on selection, see their plan and services, book meeting rooms against available time slots, manage billing, and update their settings - with checkout and recurring subscriptions handled through Stripe. A separate admin back-office gives the TASA Trust team a dashboard plus tools to manage members, services, orders, and the website-build pipeline for Professional-tier customers, with role-based access so staff only see what they should. The system runs on a modern web stack (React with a Supabase/PostgreSQL backend) and is deployed live, covering the journey from a visitor landing on the site all the way through to an active, paying member being served day to day.
What other businesses can take from this:
- If your product is a subscription, make signup, onboarding, and recurring payment fully self-service - the fewer manual steps to become a paying customer, the more signups convert.
- Give customers and staff separate views of the same system: a clean member portal for self-service, and a back-office where the team manages members, orders, and fulfilment.
- Anything booked against limited capacity, like meeting rooms, needs a real booking system with defined time slots so two customers can never claim the same thing.
- When a plan promises extra work to be delivered (here, website builds), track it as its own pipeline with clear status, or those promises quietly fall through the cracks.
- Pair a search-optimized marketing site with the operating system behind it, so the same platform both wins customers and serves them rather than being two disconnected tools.
