Smile Specialists Dental Clinic

Smile Specialists is a dental clinic located at Forum The Shopping Mall on Orchard Road in Singapore, offering a full range of general and specialist dentistry - from check-ups and preventive care to implants, crowns and bridges, orthodontics and cosmetic treatments. Like most clinics, its reputation is built in the chair, but the website is increasingly where that relationship begins.
A dental practice's site has a specific job to do. A prospective patient usually arrives with a concern in mind and a handful of questions: do they treat what I need, where are they, when are they open, and how do I book? If those answers are buried or the booking step feels like friction, the visitor simply moves on to the next clinic. The site needs to present a broad list of services in a way that is reassuring rather than clinical, surface the practical details - address, hours, phone, email - without making people dig, and turn interest into a confirmed appointment request while the patient is still motivated. Doing all of this while feeling calm, trustworthy and easy on mobile is the real challenge.
How we helped
We built Smile Specialists a single-page website that walks a visitor from first impression to booking in one continuous flow. The hero section opens with a clear care promise and pins the clinic's phone, email and Orchard Road address to the top of the page. Services are organised into plain-language cards grouped by the type of care - examining, protecting, restoring, brightening and maintaining the smile - so patients recognise what they need without wading through jargon. The clinic's story, approach and mission build trust further down, and an appointment form lets patients submit their details, preferred date and time, and chosen service directly, with operating hours and contact information sitting right alongside it. Booking prompts are repeated at each stage so the next step is always within reach, and the layout is responsive for the many patients who arrive on a phone.
What other businesses can take from this:
- Put the essentials - what you do, where you are, how to reach you - within the first screen, so visitors never have to search for them.
- Group your services by the outcome the customer cares about, in plain language, rather than listing them in industry terms.
- Repeat the call to action at natural decision points instead of relying on a single button, so the next step is always close at hand.
- Earn trust before you ask for the booking - let your story, approach and credentials do that work on the way down the page.
- Capture enough at the point of enquiry (date, time, service) to make follow-up fast, while keeping the form short enough that people actually finish it.
