Pamper Me Jamu Wellness

Pamper Me Jamu Wellness is a Singapore pre- and post-natal wellness business offering traditional Balinese Jamu confinement massage. Every service is delivered as a home visit by a team of 30+ therapists covering the whole island, and most packages are sold months in advance - often while the mother is still pregnant - at a handful of busy baby-fair weekends.

That model is operationally demanding. A mother buys a multi-session package and pays a deposit, then goes quiet for months until the baby arrives - at which point sessions suddenly need to be scheduled across the city against a roster where each therapist only covers certain regions. In between, someone has to chase the balance (which must clear before the first massage), collect a health waiver, estimate the due date, and make sure the right therapist reaches the right home on the right day for the right session in the package. Add deposits and balances to reconcile, materials therapists consume on every visit, and region-based commissions to calculate - and spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and phone calls simply could not hold the thread, especially when most of the year's orders land in a few frantic event weekends.

How we helped

We built one custom system - an internal back office plus a public booking website - that carries a customer from first enquiry through payment, home visits and payroll. A point-of-sale mode lets staff take orders on the spot at baby fairs, tagged by channel so event, website and marketplace orders stay separate. A planning dashboard acts as a holding pen for prepaid orders, tracking waiver and consultation status, estimated delivery dates and session progress so nothing goes silent during the long wait. Therapists are matched to customers by postal-code zone, all sessions are scheduled in one place, and secure PayNow links enforce the rule that the balance clears before sessions begin. Per-therapist inventory deducts materials at each visit, and payroll and commissions are generated from verified completed sessions.

What other businesses can take from this:

  • If you sell now and deliver later, build a dedicated board so prepaid orders resurface on time instead of being forgotten.
  • Encode payment rules into the workflow - "balance before service" as a button, not a sticky note.
  • Route field work by territory automatically, matching staff to the customer's area.
  • Track consumable stock at the person who carries it, deducted on job completion.
  • Tie commissions and payroll to verified completed work for clean, auditable pay.
