My Matchy Job Board for Singapore and Malaysia

My Matchy is a job classifieds board for Singapore and Malaysia. Employers post roles directly and job seekers contact them without an agency in between.

For a small employer, most job boards ask for too much: an account manager, a sales call and a price list before a single role goes up. A shop, clinic or food business trying to fill one weekend shift ends up posting on social media instead, where the role is seen once and then buried. The board had to make posting quick, keep listings trustworthy, and give the operator full control over what goes live.

We built My Matchy as a complete job board: a short posting flow for employers, a review queue for the operator, and pages designed to be found in search.

Post first, review after. An employer fills in the role and it is saved straight away as pending. Nothing reaches the public board until the operator approves it, so quality stays high without slowing the employer down.

Featured listings, paid up front. Choosing a featured listing takes the employer to Stripe checkout at the moment of posting, so there is no chasing payment after approval. Free listings sit alongside for employers who want to try the board first, and the operator sets the prices himself.

An email at every step. The employer hears that the listing is under review, the operator is alerted that something is waiting, and the employer hears again when it goes live.

An admin that runs the whole board. The operator works through the approval queue, manages jobs, companies, categories and job seekers, imports listings in bulk from a spreadsheet, and writes blog posts with photos in a built-in editor.

Built to be found. Every job and blog post has its own page title and description, and the sitemap is generated from the live board, so a newly approved role can be picked up by search engines without any redeploy.
