Junair Travel

Jun-Air Travel is a licensed Singapore travel agency based at People's Park Centre in Chinatown. Established in 1989, it arranges fully escorted group tours for local families, friends, and corporate clients, with destinations across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, and the United States.
A travel agency lives and dies by how it presents itself online. Travellers want to see where they can go and what each trip includes before they commit, and they need a quick, trustworthy way to ask questions and confirm a booking. The challenge was to put Jun-Air's tour packages and destinations in front of visitors clearly, signal that the agency is established and properly licensed, and make it effortless for someone to move from browsing a tour to starting a real enquiry.
How we helped
We built Jun-Air a website that organises its tours the way travellers actually shop. Visitors can explore by destination region (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, America), browse featured tour packages, and view full listings, with each package describing what the escorted trip includes such as flights, hotels, and attractions. The site puts the agency's credentials up front - in business since 1989, licensed Singapore travel agent, and NATAS exhibitor - and channels enquiries straight to WhatsApp and phone so a traveller can ask a question or confirm a booking in one tap.
What other businesses can take from this:
- Organise your offering the way customers think about it - Jun-Air groups tours by destination region first, so visitors can find what they want without scrolling endlessly.
- Lead with trust signals. Years in business, the proper licence, and industry memberships reassure buyers before they ever reach out.
- Make the next step frictionless. Routing enquiries to WhatsApp and phone meets customers on the channels they already use rather than forcing a long form.
- Show what is included, not just a name. Spelling out that a package covers flights, hotels, and attractions sets expectations and reduces back-and-forth.
- A focused, well-structured site does the selling. You do not need a complex booking engine to convert interest into enquiries.
