EventHiveSG - Singapore Event Vendor Discovery Platform

EventHive is an events-discovery platform for the college and campus scene - a single place where students can find out what is happening across participating colleges and venues. Rather than scattering event news across separate college pages, group chats and social feeds, it brings upcoming events, the colleges hosting them, and the categories students care about into one searchable hub.
Campus events are notoriously hard to discover. Each college, club and society promotes its own happenings in its own channel, so a student has no single view of what is on, where and when - and organisers struggle to reach an audience beyond their immediate circle. The result is half-empty events and students who only hear about something after it has passed. The platform needed to solve both sides at once: give students one filterable feed of events by college, category and status, and give organisers a place to list and surface their events to the whole community.
How we helped
Digital 9 Labs built EventHive as a campus-events discovery platform. The homepage leads with a discovery filter - pick a college, a category and a status, then search - feeding straight into an upcoming-events feed. A dedicated events view lists everything that is live with running counters of total and live events, and a browse-by-college section presents participating colleges and venues as a visual card grid, each linking through to its own page. Together these let a student go from "what's on" to a specific event in a couple of clicks, and give organisers a public stage for their listings.
What other businesses can take from this:
- When information is scattered across many sources, the product is the single searchable hub that pulls it together.
- Lead with discovery - a filter bar (who / what / when) that immediately narrows a large catalogue beats making people scroll.
- Organise around how your audience actually thinks (by college, by category, by what's live now), not around your internal structure.
- Show momentum with live counts and an upcoming feed so the platform always feels active.
- Serve both sides of a marketplace - the people looking and the people listing - from the same place.
