Digital Assets Association Website, Membership and Summit Site
Digital Assets Association — Industry Association / Digital Assets

The Digital Assets Association is a Singapore industry body for the digital assets sector, with international chapters. It runs corporate and individual membership, committees, events and news, and organises the annual Digital Assets Summit.
The association's old WordPress site had become a stack of plugins for membership, events, downloads and newsletters that the committee found hard to run. Volunteers needed to update pages and review applications without calling a developer, new members had to be checked before they got access to anything, and the summit needed its own site in time for speaker and sponsor announcements.
How we helped
We rebuilt the association's website on a fast, modern platform with its own simple admin area, moved the old content across without breaking links, and launched the event site for the Digital Assets Summit 2026.
Pages the committee edits themselves. Every page is built from content blocks such as text, images, cards, event and news lists and logo rows, which staff add, reorder and edit in the admin. A settings screen covers the menu and contact details, so routine changes no longer need a developer.
Membership with an approval step. Applicants register online, the committee reviews each application in the admin, and only approved members reach the members-only resources. Those files are served through the site, so a restricted document cannot be passed around by copying its link, and the member list exports for the committee's records.
A public directory of corporate members. Corporate members appear in a searchable, sortable directory with their logo and a short write-up. Over a hundred member logos were recovered from the old site and re-hosted so none were lost, and personal details stay in the admin, never on the public page.
Events, committees, chapters and news. Events move from upcoming to past on their own date, with a manual override. Committees, international chapters and news each have their own pages, and site search covers all of them.
A careful move off WordPress. Posts and pages came across at their original addresses, old links redirect, and a sitemap built from the live content tells search engines about every published page.
The summit site. For DAS2026 we polished and launched the event site on the association's own domain, with speakers, panels, the agenda, sponsor tiers and a venue map, plus event details marked up for search. The association's team now keeps it up to date themselves.
Outcome
The new website has been the association's public site at digitalassetsassociation.org since August 2026, replacing the old WordPress site. Membership applications, approvals and the corporate member directory all run on it, and committee staff update pages, menus and settings themselves through the admin.
The Digital Assets Summit 2026 site runs at das2026.digitalassetsassociation.org and is now maintained by the association's own team.
