CoachRight - Professional Coaching Marketplace

CoachRight is a professional coaching marketplace that connects people seeking personal and professional growth with coaches across a range of specializations - including career, life, nutrition, mindset, confidence, and spiritual coaching. It sets out to be a single, trusted place to find a coach, rather than relying on word-of-mouth or scattered directories.
Finding the right coach is genuinely hard. Anyone can call themselves a coach, so it is difficult for a client to tell a real, accredited expert apart from a good marketer. On the other side, capable coaches struggle to be discovered and to handle the admin of profiles, scheduling, and client trust. A coaching marketplace has to solve four things at once: helping a client find a coach who actually fits their goals, making it easy to compare credentials and reviews before committing, letting people book and schedule sessions without friction, and building enough trust - through vetting and transparent pricing - that a stranger feels safe paying for sessions. CoachRight is built around answering each of those questions in one flow.
How we helped
We designed and built CoachRight as a two-sided platform serving both clients and coaches. Instead of asking a client to dig through a long list, the site leads with a short survey and a matching step: the visitor answers a few questions about their goals, the platform suggests coaches that fit, and the client can then review profiles, read reviews, and book a free consultation. Visitors can also browse coaches directly or filter by specialization category. Coaches get a path to join and list their practice, set their own rates, and present their credentials and reviews. The marketing site covers the full journey - mission, a coach directory, how matching works, why-choose-us reasons, client stories, an FAQ, and clear calls to action for both finding a coach and applying as one.
What other businesses can take from this:
- When trust is the real barrier to a sale, make vetting and transparency a visible feature - not a footnote. CoachRight leads with 'accredited and vetted coaches' because credibility is the thing clients worry about most.
- Replace an overwhelming directory with a guided match. A short survey that narrows hundreds of options down to a few good fits removes the paralysis of too much choice.
- Design for both sides of a marketplace from day one. A platform only works if it is just as easy for a coach to join and list a profile as it is for a client to search and book.
- Let the offer-makers set their own terms. Allowing coaches to set their own rates keeps pricing transparent and competitive without the platform having to dictate it.
- Lower the commitment at the first step. Offering a free consultation - rather than asking for payment up front - gives a hesitant client a low-risk way to start.
