BeyondClassroom SG - Training & Upskilling Platform

BeyondClassroom SG is a Singapore platform for discovering and joining educational courses, workshops, and events. It brings learners and instructors together in one place, with both online and in-person sessions across a range of subjects.
A training or workshop provider has a recurring problem to solve online: people who want to learn a skill need an easy way to find the right course, see what is on offer, and sign up - while the people running those courses need somewhere to list them and reach an audience. Without a shared platform, courses are scattered, learners do not know where to look, and instructors have no simple way to publish and fill their sessions. What is needed is a single place that presents the catalogue clearly, helps a visitor narrow down to courses that match their goal and interest, lets them create an account and get started quickly, and gives instructors a way to add their own events.
How we helped
We designed and built the BeyondClassroom SG platform as a course-discovery marketplace for Singapore. The homepage opens with a guided finder where a visitor picks what they want to learn and an interest area to surface relevant courses, alongside a browsable course catalogue. The experience is two-sided: learners can sign in, create an account, and join sessions, while instructors have a path to become an instructor and create their own events. Courses are presented across online and in-person formats so the platform can carry everything from coding workshops to art classes in one consistent place.
What other businesses can take from this:
- When your offerings are scattered, a single discovery hub - one catalogue, one place to sign up - removes the friction that loses interested customers.
- A short guided finder (pick a goal, pick an interest, see matches) helps first-time visitors get to a relevant result in seconds instead of scrolling endlessly.
- A two-sided platform that serves both buyers and sellers - here, learners and instructors - grows its own supply of content and keeps the catalogue fresh.
- Supporting both online and in-person formats lets one platform meet different preferences without forcing everyone into the same delivery model.
- A clear account flow and an obvious 'get started' path turn casual browsers into registered users you can stay in contact with.
