APEX Employment Agency

APEX Employment Agency Pte Ltd is a licensed Singapore maid agency (Licence No. 12C5760) based at 545 Orchard Road, #09-01, Far East Shopping Centre. Its founder started a domestic helper agency in 1996 and formally incorporated APEX in 2004, growing from two support staff to a team of certified consultants. The agency places experienced domestic helpers with local and expat families and works with helpers from the Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and India.

An agency built on a 25-plus-year reputation lives or dies by trust, but that reputation is hard to convey online. A family choosing a helper is making a high-stakes, personal decision, and a generic listings page does little to show the care and after-placement support that sets an established agency apart. At the same time, the agency needs a practical way for prospective employers to browse available helpers, for new helpers to register their details, and for staff to keep those profiles current, all from one place rather than across phone calls, spreadsheets and third-party portals.

How we helped

We built APEX a dedicated website that turns its long track record into something a visitor can feel. The homepage opens with a clear promise of peace of mind and a single inquiry call to action, backed by a "Since 1996" badge and a founder-led story explaining how the agency grew and how it supported displaced helpers during the 2020 Covid lockdown. Side-by-side sections set out exactly what APEX does for employers and for helpers, so both sides of each placement are addressed. The site lists the agency's core services (on-boarding and integration, settling-in programme, work permits and government requirements, and insurance coverage), shows the helper nationalities available, and carries real testimonials from both employers and helpers. Beyond the marketing pages, we added a searchable helper directory with individual profile pages, a helper registration form, a contact form, a WhatsApp click-to-chat button, and a staff login so the team can manage helper listings directly. Verified contact details, operating hours and the licence number appear throughout for credibility.

What other businesses can take from this:

  • Lead with the outcome your customer wants. For a trust-based service, a clear promise like "peace of mind" plus one obvious next step beats a wall of features.
  • Let your history do the selling. A genuine founder story and a concrete example of going the extra mile build more confidence than slogans.
  • Speak to both sides of a two-sided business. Addressing employers and helpers separately shows you understand and value each party.
  • Pair the brochure with a working tool. A searchable directory, registration form and staff login turn a static site into part of daily operations.
  • Put trust signals where they reassure. Licence number, real reviews, verified contact details and operating hours throughout the site quietly answer "can I trust them?"
